About
Why Project Driver exists.
It started with a family business, and a problem I could not walk away from.
Our story
Where this comes from.
Project Driver started with a family business. Mine. They had run it for more than twenty years, real skill and a real reputation, built the hard way. Then, almost overnight, they went invisible online. The phone slowed down, and the worry set in, the kind that keeps you up at night.
Digging in to help them, I saw how common this is. The digital world moved, a lot of good businesses got left behind through no fault of their own, and many had no one in their corner. Some never recovered. That’s why Project Driver exists.
More than twenty years of real skill and a real reputation.
The digital world moved. The phone slowed. The worry set in.
Good businesses left behind through no fault of their own, with no one in their corner.
An engineering team in your corner, so it never happens to you.
Here’s the trap today. Labor is expensive, so a wave of tools showed up promising to help. Plenty are genuinely great, but they don’t talk to each other, and that fragmentation quietly becomes the real problem. Add the marketing demands of modern business on top, and good operators get stretched thin across a dozen apps and a dozen channels. Throwing more people at it was never the fix. A partner who ties the pieces together and keeps them running is. The quality of your work should decide how far you go, not the size of your marketing department.
We work with businesses of every size, from family shops to established companies. When good businesses run well, everyone wins, including the customers they serve.
How we think about it
It isn’t all about being online.
A lot of what we tell people is just common sense that’s easy to forget when you’re heads-down running a business:
- Don’t lean on any one channel. If it dries up, so does your pipeline.
- Talk about what you do everywhere. You never know who’s listening or when they’ll need you.
- In person earns trust. Online seals it, because it’s the first place people look.
Because nobody takes a leap anymore without checking you out first. My wife won’t book a salon without scrolling their social; I won’t buy anything big without reading the reviews. Your customers do the same, every day. Our job is to make sure that when they look, they like what they find.

Who’s behind it
A lot of businesses already have the tools. What’s missing is someone to make them work together, and then keep it running. That’s the whole job.
Project Driver is led by Omar Ramos, a systems engineer and program manager with more than 16 years spent untangling and rebuilding how organizations operate, from small teams to large, complex programs. He holds a master’s in Systems Engineering, and his background sits right where most companies struggle: where systems, marketing, and automation meet. He built Project Driver to close the gap between where a business wants to go and the technology that’s supposed to get it there.
The shape of the operation
Small team. Engineering depth.
What we believe
A few things we hold to.
Your data stays yours
We pull everything into one organized place and keep your data yours. We do everything in our power to make sure you can always access it and take it with you.
Connected beats clever
A setup where the pieces work together beats a fancy one that doesn’t. We build for how it all fits.
We stay in your corner
Building it is half the job. We keep it running and improving as your business changes. We stay your ongoing digital partner.
Straight answers
We tell you what’s worth doing and what isn’t, in plain words, even when it means less work for us.
Let’s see if we’re a fit.
The call is low-key. We learn about your business, and you get a sense of how we think.
