A small business owner answering a phone call at a desk with a laptop

Marketing · Website Design & Build

A website built to make the phone ring.

Not a brochure nobody reads. We build a fast, focused site engineered to turn visitors into calls, with click-to-call and booking wired in everywhere, structured so search engines and AI can find you. And you own every bit of it from day one.

What this actually is

A pretty website that nobody calls is just an expensive brochure. Most small-business sites load slowly, bury the phone number, and make a visitor work to figure out what you even do. Every one of those is a customer clicking back to Google.

We build the opposite: a fast, clear site with one job, turning the people who land on it into calls and bookings. What you do and where you serve it is obvious in seconds. The phone number and booking button are always within reach. Real photos and real reviews do the convincing.

We design it, write it, build it, and launch it. You are not wrestling with a page builder or waiting on a developer who went quiet. You review, we refine, we ship. And it is yours outright, on your own accounts, nothing held hostage.

What’s included

  • A fast site that loads before visitors bounce
  • Click-to-call and booking on every screen
  • A clear layout that says what you do in seconds
  • Real photos and reviews built into the design
  • Structured so Google and AI can read and rank it
  • Yours from day one, on your own accounts

How the system works

Same traffic, built to act.

Input

People who land on your site

Traffic from search, ads, and referrals arrives, and most current sites let it slip quietly away.

Engine

A page built to convert

We design a fast, focused site with the offer clear and the call button always in reach, on your own accounts.

Output

More calls, same traffic

The same visitors now find what they need and take action, so the traffic you already have starts producing.

Do the math

What your traffic is worth

$360,000your current traffic is already worth this much a year, if the site actually turned visitors into calls

Why owners rebuild

Same traffic. Twice the calls.

You are already paying for the visitors, through ads, through search, through word of mouth. A site that converts turns more of them into calls without spending a dollar more to get them there. We build that site and hand you the keys.

In your business

What it looks like for you

A homeowner with a burst pipe is not reading your About page. They want to know you cover their area and how to reach you, now. We put that front and center so the panicked search ends on your phone.

Scope

Three sizes, one standard of work.

Foundation

Get found and get called.

For an owner whose current site is a brochure that nobody calls from.

  • Ten to fifteen pages, written not templated
  • A service page per thing you actually sell
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile alignment
  • Schema, metadata, and image alt text throughout
  • Speed and mobile pass on every page
  • One interactive tool to capture leads
Timeline3 to 4 weeks

Authority · most chosen

Own the questions your buyers ask.

For a business that wants to rank for the whole category, not just its own name.

  • Everything in Foundation
  • Twenty to thirty-five pages on a pillar and cluster map
  • Industry pages so each buyer sees themselves
  • Long-form articles that answer real search demand
  • Custom components, not stock blocks
  • Two interactive tools built for your business
  • Conversion tracking wired end to end
Timeline6 to 8 weeks

Flagship

The one we built for ourselves.

For agencies, multi-location operators, and companies where the site is the sales team.

  • Everything in Authority
  • Fifty plus pages and a full content architecture
  • A design system, not a theme: tokens, dark mode, components
  • Interactive demos and infographics built to your story
  • A suite of tools nobody in your market has
  • Blog engine with topical authority planning
  • Complete technical SEO and schema program
Timeline10 to 14 weeks

Every tier ships on your own hosting, in your own accounts, with your own logins. You own the site the day it launches. Investment is quoted after a scoping call, because a nine-page plumber and a forty-page agency are not the same job.

Sizing

How many pages do you actually need?

Page count is not a vanity number. Every page is a separate door into your business from search. Here is the arithmetic behind each tier.

10

to 15 pages

Foundation

A plumber, an electrician, a barbershop, a single-location clinic. One city, one location, a handful of services you actually get called for.

The math: home, six service pages, one service-area page, about, reviews, contact, and one calculator. That is thirteen.

Why not fewer. A single page listing six services ranks for none of them. Someone searching water heater repair does not want your services page, they want a page about water heater repair. Six services means six pages, or you are invisible for five of them.

20

to 35 pages

Authority

A med spa with a dozen treatments. A law firm with four practice areas. An agency selling into five industries. More than one kind of buyer, or more than one town.

The math: twelve treatment pages, four city pages, five pages answering what people search before they book, plus home, about, pricing, reviews, and contact. That is twenty-eight.

Why not fewer. Two things multiply here. Different buyers need to see themselves, so a page per treatment or per industry. And people search questions long before they search for you, so the pages that answer those questions are what put you in front of them first. Skip that layer and you only ever catch people already looking for your name.

50

pages and up

Flagship

A multi-location operator, a franchise, an agency, or anyone whose site has to do the job of a salesperson rather than a business card.

The math: four service pillars with six to seven services under each is twenty-seven pages before anything else. Add industry pages, a tool suite, and a blog built on a topical map and you are past sixty.

Why not fewer. At this level you are not trying to rank for a few phrases, you are trying to own a category. Search rewards depth on a subject: the site that covers every question around a topic outranks the site that covers three of them. This is also the only tier where the site can genuinely replace a salesperson, because there is a page for every objection.

Not sure which one you are? That is what the Blueprint answers. We map every page your business needs before anyone talks about building it, and you keep the map either way.

The build

What happens, week by week.

01

Scope and map

We interview you once, properly. Then you get a page map, a keyword plan, and a written scope that says exactly what is being built. Nothing starts until you sign off on it.

Your approval required
02

Design direction

Home page and one interior page, designed for real. Not a mood board. You react to the actual thing, we adjust, and that becomes the system every other page inherits.

Design freeze after round two
03

Copy and content

We write it. Service pages, industry pages, the whole architecture, in your voice and aimed at what people search. You review in one pass with comments, not a hundred emails.

Your approval required
04

Build and tools

Every page assembled, responsive at every width, light and dark mode checked. Your interactive tools get built here, tested against real inputs.

05

Technical pass

Schema, metadata, alt text, redirects, sitemap, speed, and accessibility. This is the part most shops skip and it is the part that decides whether Google trusts the site.

06

Launch and handover

We go live, verify tracking is recording real conversions, and hand you the logins with a walkthrough recording. Thirty days of fixes included after launch.

Your part

What we need from you.

One decision makerThe person who can say yes. Committees turn a six-week build into a six-month one, and the site gets worse, not better.
Ninety minutes, onceA single scoping call where you tell us how the business actually works. Everything after that we handle.
Five business days per reviewTwo review windows in the whole project. We hold our dates when you hold yours.
Your assets and accessLogo files, photos if you have them, and access to your domain and hosting. If you do not have photos, we will tell you exactly what to shoot.

Most agencies show you a portfolio. We would rather you audit us. Open the tools and use one, they run entirely in your browser and we built every one. Read the AI employee page and watch the demo play. Shrink this window to phone width and watch the layout hold. Switch your device to dark mode and watch it follow.

Then ask the other shop you are considering to do the same with theirs. That comparison is the entire pitch, and it is why we would rather send you looking than talk at you.

How we build it

Built to convert before it is built to impress

A pretty site that does not ring the phone is a brochure. We build in the other order.

1
Message before pixels

Your offer, your customers, and the one action each page exists to cause. Decided first, designed second.

2
Design in your brand, built for speed

Mobile-first, fast on real phones, and one clear next step on every screen.

3
Wire the plumbing

Forms, booking, chat, and tracking all land in one system, so a lead on your site reaches a human, or the AI employee, in seconds.

4
Launch with the metadata pass

Schema, titles, descriptions, and alt text written in, then speed and mobile checked before anyone sees it.

It is one part of one connected build, engineered by a team that has spent 16+ years building operational systems, and it is managed after launch, not abandoned. Last reviewed August 2026.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do I own the website?

Completely. It lives on your accounts and your domain from day one. Nothing is held hostage, and you are never locked into us to keep it running.

Will it be fast?

Yes. Speed is built in from the start, because a slow site loses visitors before they see a word. We test it on real phones before launch.

Do I have to manage it after launch?

Only if you want to. We can maintain and update it for you, or hand you something simple enough to change yourself. Your call.

Can you use my photos and reviews?

Absolutely, and we recommend it. Real work and real reviews convert far better than stock, so we build them into the design.

What happens to my current site?

We rebuild without losing what already works. Your existing pages, rankings, and links are carried over carefully so you do not lose ground.

How long does a build take?

Most sites launch in a few weeks, depending on size and how quickly we get your content. We keep you posted at every step.
