The questions are the expensive part. So here they are.
Every vendor demo shows you a clever assistant with nothing to say about your business. The difference between that demo and an assistant that books real jobs is this document: your services, your rules, your escalation triggers, written down once. Most businesses never write it, which is why most AI setups disappoint.
Fill it in honestly and you have done the hardest part of any AI rollout, whether you ever work with us or not. It doubles as the world’s fastest onboarding doc for a human hire, because the two jobs are the same job: teach a smart stranger how your business actually runs.
Questions we get asked
Which platforms accept this document?
Any platform with a system prompt, custom instructions, or a knowledge base, which today is effectively all of them. It is plain text on purpose. If a tool cannot accept a page of plain text about your business, that tells you something about the tool.
Should I put real prices in it?
Put in price rules rather than raw numbers wherever judgment is involved. A flat-rate drain clearing can be quoted freely. A water heater replacement should be a rule like quoted after five questions, never a flat number. The pack formats whatever you write after the | as the rule the assistant follows.
Do I need an AI assistant to use this?
No. It is a front-desk onboarding document. Hand it to a new hire on day one and they know your services, your boundaries, your tone, and when to get you. The reason it works for AI is that it works for people.
How often should I update it?
Whenever prices, hours, or policies change, and once a quarter regardless. Your answers stay saved in this browser, so an update is a two-minute edit and a re-download, not a rewrite.
Where do my answers go?
Nowhere. The document is assembled in your browser and saved to this browser’s local storage so you can come back to it. Nothing is uploaded, and we never see it.

The onboarding we run for every assistant we train
This is the intake we use when we train an assistant on a client’s business, published as a form. Omar Ramos, our founder, is a systems engineer and program manager with 16+ years of turning how a business runs into documents systems can execute.
