INTRODUCTION

Project Driver LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website project-driver.com (“Site”) and related services (“Services”). Project Driver LLC may send SMS text messages to individuals who provide their phone number and consent to receive such messages through our website contact form or other means. ANALYTICS AND SEARCH TOOLS

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google tag technologies (including gtag.js and Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors find and use our Site. Information you submit through our forms, booking pages, chat widgets, or phone lines may be stored and processed by these platforms acting as service providers on our behalf, subject to their own privacy and security terms.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to text messaging, we may send appointment reminders, service updates, and, with your consent, marketing messages. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. No mobile opt-in data or consent for text messaging is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

CALLS, RECORDINGS, AND AI VOICE TECHNOLOGY

Calls with us may be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed for quality assurance, training, and service delivery. We may use AI-powered voice agents and assistants to answer, place, route, or follow up on calls and to process the content of those conversations. Where required by applicable law, including two-party consent jurisdictions such as Florida, you will be notified and/or asked for consent before recording, and continuing the call after notice constitutes consent where permitted.

EMAIL MARKETING AND NEWSLETTERS

If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to marketing emails, we will send you content, offers, and updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Transactional and service emails, such as invoices or appointment confirmations, are sent as needed and are not affected by marketing opt-outs.
